“I stumbled upon Jensen Automotive about a year and a half ago when my 2012 Hyundai decided to test my patience (as it often does). Since then, Alan and the team have saved me more times than I can count — most recently tackling a steering column replacement that could’ve easily turned into a nightmare anywhere else.
What keeps me coming back is how human they are about everything. Heather is endlessly patient with my last-minute schedule changes, and Alan explains things in a way that actually makes sense — no jargon, no pressure, just honest work and fair pricing. You can tell they take pride in solving the actual problem, not padding a repair list.
They don’t rush, but they don’t dawdle either. My car’s never been out of commission for long, and every time I pick it up, it runs like it’s grateful too. Jensen may be a small shop, but they operate with big integrity and even bigger heart.

Stock or custom. L.A. cycles have the skills, the tools, and an abundance of knowledge and experience in anything to do with motorcycles from conception to present day! I am Kinda new in town and just heard about L.A from a friend i called about helping me find some 50 year old parts. I took his suggestion and checked it out. They made me feel welcome, heard, and seen. I got everything I was looking for and more. The technicians, the sales team, and the owner, they all did the most to help me locate and secure hard to find parts and help me to understand some things I had questions about. 100% recommend for service, motorcycle sales, parts, and apparel if by some off chance they don't have it there in stock, they will be able to handle it, and you'll have it promptly. They had my parts the next day.
