“I first came here to get a set of tires but I've been coming back for anything that pops up with my car. They do great work at a fair price. My car is an older foreign car and not many shops know how to work with it or they charge an arm and a leg.”

“I bought a lovely BMW. Had a slight concern with a gasket. They fixed it emediately to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. They go above and beyound to only get you a good quality used car, and they stand by thier quality. Why would you shop anywhere else. Are they the biggest place, no. They are the right place! That is what matters.”

“They were amazing to work with from the moment we stopped by. Dan, the owner, went above and beyond. Normally I have a spare car, but it went to the shop the next day after they took mine. Dan worked short-staffed to get it done. The job looks great!! While I was driving home I noticed a signal light went out. They came to my house to change out real quick!! They did a wonderful job not only detailing my car but took the yellow haze off my headlights too! Amazing people amazing service!! I’d totally recommend this ship to anyone.”

They took the vehicle in right away, worked with the insurer and made the whole process really quick and easy; they handled everything in such a timely manner and they kept great communication throughout the whole process. After a couple of days, the car was ready and it looked as good as new. Definitely an A+ on the customer service! They were extremely helpful when it came time to pick up the car while I was stuck at work. They did such a great job, I would totally recommend them to anyone needing collision repair, 10/10!”

“I can’t say enough good things about this auto body shop. After visiting multiple places (including a dealership) that quoted me thousands for a new rear door and told me there was no temporary fix, I came here completely stressed and discouraged. Jim immediately listened to my situation, understood how important it was for me to get back on the road, and got to work right away. In less than 30 minutes, he had my car door fixed well enough for me to drive safely — something no other shop was willing to do. He was honest, humble, and genuinely cared about helping me, not just making money. He even tried not to charge me, and only accepted $40 after I insisted, when he easily could have asked for hundreds. This shop is a hidden gem. If you want an auto body shop that’s trustworthy, affordable, and truly looks out for you, this is the place to go. Jim saved me thousands of dollars and a ton of stress — I’ll be recommending him to everyone I know.”

“Martinez Auto Body provided excellent customer service and were very kind and considerate. After having my vehicle nearly totaled by an underage, unlicensed, uninsured driver - I was without my vehicle from January to August. I had THE most horrible experience with my-then second rate insurance company (American Alliance) who could care less about my claim, much less answer the customer service line. From the very first phone encounter with Martinez Auto in July, I began to feel like things were turning in my favor. Arnie and Eddie were so professional, pleasant and kind - and I really appreciated that. They kept me informed every step of the way, making sure I was updated on the progress of my car. Well, just when I thought things couldn’t get much better than this, I got the call that my car was ready to be picked up. What a pleasant, pleasant surprise! The quality of work the guys completed was OUTSTANDING! I am beyond satisfied! I can’t even tell there was ever an accident at all. Martinez Auto Body, from the bottom of my heart, I thank you for your kindness and professionalism! O’Keena M.Services: Body & Trim”

“Took my Jeep Wrangler here to get repaired after a accident. Not only did they do a great job, body, and mechanical work, they fought for me with my insurance company. Insurance tried to low ball the repair and they fought for what needed to be repaired. I always recommend them to friends and family.”
