My aunt and I went shopping at jcpenny in riveroaks shopping mall on Mother's Day, and we got so many bargains that we were just excited we were able to get everything we wanted and then some. I also called the Mac counter. She had my items at the register. Gina was friendly, patient, and helpful. I haven't had good customer service like that in a while. I was in and out!”
“My sales person during checkout made me realize there is still hope for humanity! This young female was alarmingly happy to do her job—at first I thought she was a fresh hire because she was too accommodating yet young! Wrong. She had been with the company for awhile as she revealed during conversation she helped me with my target circle app. I’m in Target as much as the next person and have tried to adapt to certain personalities. But in Targets defense, it has always outperformed Walmart. Always. But this employee should definitely be a Team Leader. Great service.”

“This past weekend I was shopping and went into the fitting room and somehow misplaced my purse and noticed it mid shopping and quickly told Racquel the cashier and quickly called the manager. Once the manager came told her I tried to ping my phone and heard it and now I couldn't hear it and believe someone has taken my purse, the manager quickly went into her office to review cameras and as she was viewing Bertha from the fitting room had come up to me and stated that a customer had given her the purse and quickly came and got me. I want to shout out to Bertha (fitting room attendant) Racquel (Cashier) and manager sorry I forgot her name but was very attentive. You guys rock and thank you a million times. Best staff ever!!!”

“Walmart has everything and I mean anything that comes to your mind. You can choose from home & garden, electronics, pets and supplies, cleaning materials, pharmacy and cosmetics, toys, bikes for all ages and the dairy and bakery areas. Walmart also has a built in Subway restaurant and a nice barbershop to keep you fresh and clean.”
“What can I say Walmart is Walmart just hate when they run out of things. Driving the distance I drive to be disappointed. Also might I add I found a carpet cleaner 2 weeks after my after my first trip I was there Walmart made me happy again with the Hoover carpet cleaner, cleaning my carpet with it I am impressed love it thanks Walmart.
Walmart just keep getting better in better when I walk in there now at first as you can see I was disappointed in the beginning, 2nd time around fell in love with my carpet cleaner, now look at what I found for my brand new grand baby she go be so comfortable. Thanks again Walmart you all just keep showing up in showing out so proud to come there . Also guys try to get a towel warmer it’s awesome ordering on line from Walmart is great .”

“This is a huge store. I was once told that if Walmart doesn’t have it, you don’t need it. People were somewhat helpful and some had no idea what they were doing there. Our shopping cart wheel locked up while in the store and the employee, I asked to help us said just keep pushing it . lol. Nice addition to Pullman to get groceries.”

“Trustworthy store, employees are easy to talk to and help out customers and are all around the store. It also sells all types of gift cards. Nice prices. Inside a plaza where other families and commuting citizens shops, it do get busy hrs but is well managed within it. Men side, woman side, kids side, house hold item side, snacks, school supplies, cleaning supplies, toys, electronics, etc.”

I pick up my prescriptions from the CVS at this store & have only good things to say about both the pharmacist(s) & the service that they provide. It also serves the U. of C. college students well with budget priced items for their dorms & apartment life in Hyde Park. Much needed & appreciated in this community.”

“Family Dollar has been my household item stock-up store for several years.As I was in this area, I noticed the availability and went in.Fortunately it wasn't crowded, and unlike many inderserved Chicago communities, there was no outside "Covid line".. Unlike most Chicago area Family Dollar Stores, the ailes were neat and clean. Shelves were plentiful and BAGS. Big bags.Being offered big bags at a Family Dollar in Chicago is a rarity... They NEVER have any, and consumers juggle multiple tiny bags to haul away household items.For a shareholder, I have always found this disturbing, and complaints to supervisors are always answered with: "We order them..." So it very well might be a Dollar Tree, Inc. oversight (and something to discuss with IR).The register clerk was friendly, and very helpful... (After my wife checked me to make sure I remembered all my items, on my way out, he stopped me to hand over a bag SHE forgot).Nice experience considering all the horrible experiences I locally confront.”
