“went to menards and home-depo looking for a spring for my storm door handle both places told me they dont have it ..went to this hardware store I get greeted as soon as i walk in the guy explains to me no they dont have the spring but then tells me how easy to buy one cut it to lenght even use a ball point pen spring ..so i went home cut the spring with my fine needlenose pliers it set pretty easy to dimples line it up it works better than new I was ready just to buy the new handle for 25.00 dollars plus tax the spring cost .99 cents thats why i go there ...”

“This hardware store has everything. Every employee here is so knowledgeable (even young employees). And if they don't have the answer they will find you someone there that had the answer. I've been here many times. I go out of my way to drive here because it is always a positive experience. Everyone is super helpful and courteous. And they do not talk down to you. “If you're in the flooring business, or a do-it-yourselfer, whether you do tile,carpet, or hardwood flooring this place has the tools and materials you need for the job. This place has tools of the trade that you can't find at Menards, Home Depot, or Lowes. And even if you find them at those chain hardware stores, they won't be the quality of carpet cushions. They're reasonably priced in comparison to those places as well too.”
