“I needed a part taken off of our 20 year old truck, and I could not get it off. It was broke and I bought the replacement part. I took it to one place and they wanted to charge me $125.00. I said okay and made the appt, but they could not do it until next week.
Then I stopped by another place to see if they could do it. The guy said that they were too busy and they could not spare anyone to take it off for me.
I then went to Caliber Collision. I spoke with a guy and he was so nice. I showed him what I needed taken off. He said that he could do it for me and if I had the new part they could put it on. I asked him how much it would cost me and he said nothing!
I always like to get at least 3 quotes, and I'm glad I did! They ended up cutting the bolts off because it could not be taken off by hand.

Josh was especially helpful—he explained what was going on clearly, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and made sure I understood my options. I’ve dealt with Christian Brothers multiple times now, and they consistently do excellent work and treat customers the right way.

“Aaron and Kevin are truly the best shop I have ever experienced for all car repairs including alignment. Our new Audi was taken to the dealership twice to correct the steering wheel tilted to the left when going straight. Both times the problem was not corrected and we were even told the tilt is within specs. Took car to Northwest this week and Aaron quickly made an adjustment which corrected the problem and the steering wheel is now straight.”
