“Always a friendly face when you walk in the door. Their selection of items and food varies a lot. I wouldn't buy electronics here, go to the big retailers for that. But I would get organic foods, and toiletries here. I would consider Meijer a little more classy than Wal-Mart, but then again Wal-Mart isn't the best place. If I were forced to pick between the two, I'd choose Meijer. Let's put it like that.”

“Love my Target! I spend way too much money here. They make it easy with drive-up pick-up. Also love their digital coupons through the app. My only complaint is that even though it's a super Target, the grocery section can still be somewhat limited (no plain ramen noodles, really??). Also, you can't get alcohol through pick-up, but I could do that at the Target locations in Michigan if I showed my ID. Guessing it's a state law thing, but it's still annoying!”

“This is the Kohl's of West Carmel (on North Michigan Rd), which is "my' store. Always clean and tidy and staff has always been quite pleasant and downright helpful whenever I've gone in. Areas are fairly easy to navigate but might be a tight fit if using a mobility device. Fitting rooms have always been clean, even if someone left their "rejects" without putting them on the "reject rack" outside the fitting room entrance/exit. I think the lights may be motion or sound sensing, as the lights went out on me a pair of times during my last visit, but either I or staff got it going again. If you're a hunting kind of shopper, check out the clearance racks. If you're a shoplifter, forget about the Nike/UnderArmor/Adidas section up in front by the registers - they're locked down tight. If you need to visit the loo, lemme know how that goes, I've never been in. If you're returning an Amazon purchase, that's back in the rear of the store near the customer service desk, is super easy, and check out the coupon on your return slip! Plenty of parking, handicap accessible parking too. Check both ways before you cross driving lanes - Home Depot contractors can be rushed and some people don't stop at the stop sign.”

“Target is why I survived two pandemic pregnancies. The drive-up service is so helpful. Days I could barely stand to smell anything... drive-up. Days I didn't have the energy to take my toddler old shopping... drive-up. Now the days I have both kids alll day (so every single day)... drive-up. Seriously I cannot live without this service. It is an efficient process too. I have a few complaints, however. First complaint is that at least one item I need is not in stock at this location and often a good substitute isn't available. Second is that there are times items are forgotten but lately that has not happened. It would usually be the bigger items like cat litter. The inside of the store is always decently clean and doesn't look like a wreck. All the employees I have encountered have been pleasant and helpful.”

“I go to this Target wayyy more than for my own good. My last visit was exceptionally great because I received great customer service when I needed to return an item I bought from another location. The associate gave me fast, friendly service. My complaint with this store is that it seems to need a bit of help keeping regular household items in stock. With the college crowd and the shopping center location, there are always tons of people in this store (unless you're making a late night run, which again, I do way more than I should). I love the clearance shelves even though it feels like you have to really search for markdown items.”

“This review is specifically for Sephora inside Kohl’s. I had looked around in this Sephora once before a few months back and the associate acted like I didn’t exist. I asked about a product that they had on the website but since she couldn’t find it on the shelf, it didn’t exist either. Fast forward to today when I took a chance. I’m SO glad I stopped in. Chris was so kind, helpful, and went way above and beyond. She’s newer to the Sephora area but she is incredible. I hope to see her again soon! ?”

“Be discerning when shopping here. While A Few things Are a Great deal...most Are Not! Avoid the Electronics and the Clothing! Alot of the Beauty and Health aids can be Found Cheaper on Average at other places. The Toys and Decor Items Seem to be a Good Buy! Don't be Thrown By the $5 Price! “Love stopping here always find good deals! Always end up spending more than I need to but you can't beat the prices. It's disappointing that the fitting rooms are still closed though, with me living almost 2 hrs away and only stopping in when my daughter has a Riley visit I makes it hard to know if things will fit and it's not convenient for me to just return if it doesn't. I've delt with some of the nicest staff members there but I have also came across some of the rudest ones there as well. Overall I'd say the store is a absolutely must stop in especially if you're looking to keep style on a budget!”

“I alternate between this Target and the Carmel West location on Michigan Road. The Michigan West location still strikes me as larger and more up-to-date, especially with the home decor section. That said, I still think this Target location is solid. I recently did an curbside pickup order and realized later while I was still out running errands that I was missing a few items. I went back to Target and they were able to locate the missing bag. If not, they were willing to go grab the items from the shelves and bring them to me at the front.”

“Perspective is everything and even though this store has a low average rating, they came in clutch when I needed them. It was the day of my daughter's graduation open house and the bulk of my decorating hinged on helium balloons. I had purchased a helium tank from Michael's for $38.99 and it wasn't working. I pulled up to Walmart in a frenzy and was able to purchase the same tank (same amount of helium) WITH string and balloons included for $28.88! The one from Michael's cost more and came with nothing....it didn't even work! Did I mention that Tony the Tiger was in the parking lot doing a public appearance?! Had I not been running around like a chicken with my head cut off an hour before our party, I would've taken a photo with him. Believe what he said about Walmart.....They're great!”

Parking might be difficult, particularly if you have a disability. Good selection, but be prepared for a hectic, crowded enormous store.”
