“Exceptional experience. I came in for an oil change and was asked if they had permission to do a complimentary rather comprehensive evaluation of the car. I agreed, and after the oil change service was done I received a thorough inspection report with pictures and descriptions of what they recommended on any areas of concern and/or recommended maintenance due to the mileage / age of the car. As I was checking out the service tech James then went through all the areas of concern and did not try to scare me into doing any of the recommendations but did explain what he would do and when.My only concern is prices seem a little high for some services but I have no idea what the going rate is for the services so take that with a grain of salt.I'll definitely be back.”
