“I have always had good luck with their stores and usually will have what I need and if not they will order it for the next day or two. Very friendly staff at all locations especially Altoona which is my favorite store.”

“Had my battery tested here which tested ok. The gentleman thought that I may have a parasitic draw that was draining my battery. I took my truck to a shop and indeed was a parasitic draw. My light in my back seat was in between on and off so even though my light wasn't on it was still draining my battery. Good job batteries plus!”
“The part that I needed was not visible in the store and the man that helped me knew exactly what part I needed and got it for me. Even more impressive is that a customer came in and plopped down a rusty exhaust manifold and that same guy knew exactly what it was. He also got th customer the part in under 3 minutes. The guy had previously gone to another store and when the employees didn't know what that manifold was, he left and came to this store. They just got a customer for life.”

“Charles went above and beyond at O’Reilly in Ankeny today. He helped me with the Veriscan to get me the information necessary to figure out what was going on with my vehicle. The printout was very informative and will help me in deciding what to do for next steps. In addition, Charles was very helpful in me learning more about my new vehicle. thanks, Charles!”
“I Had a major phone screen malfunction to the point I didn't think it was salvageable. I purchased a new phone thinking that all my info was lost due to being inoperable. I did a google search of phone repair and read a few reviews and I settled on batteries plus u break we fix on army post road because the reviews talked about a lady being pleasant and very helpful. That ladies name was destiny. I knew when I walked in the door I was in the right place. I was greeted with a how can we help you and big smile. I gave her the phone and my info and she assured me they would get it done. Two days go by and I get a call from Josh that screen was there and he was needing a couple extra parts. Again he was very pleasant to deal with and explained extra cost. Received a call today that my phone was done and works like new and all info is intact took 4 days due to having to order parts. If ur looking for phone repair look no further than destiny and Josh at batteries plus on Army Post Rd in Des Moines”

“I stopped by the other store where they didn't have the part, and I drove to this location to pick up the order. Extremely friendly staff, I was in and out of the door and on my way in no time.”

“Mega kudos to Todd. Todd went above and beyond any job requirements. Todd assisted, cared, and even motivated my son (yes over a battery). He turned our difficult day around. Glad we went back to Interstate Batteries.”
