“Charles went above and beyond at O’Reilly in Ankeny today. He helped me with the Veriscan to get me the information necessary to figure out what was going on with my vehicle. The printout was very informative and will help me in deciding what to do for next steps. In addition, Charles was very helpful in me learning more about my new vehicle. thanks, Charles!”

“Chris did a terrific job installing a new car battery. It was a cold day, and it took longer than usual to get it situated properly. Chris had a positive attitude about the whole thing and was very friendly. We were also given a military discount, which was great. We're very pleased with the service we received at Interstate Battery in Windsor Heights, and we'll be back for other batteries.”

“Mega kudos to Todd. Todd went above and beyond any job requirements. Todd assisted, cared, and even motivated my son (yes over a battery). He turned our difficult day around. Glad we went back to Interstate Batteries.”
“Came in with two blown fuses. Jacob did a wonderful job. He helped me find the fuses I needed and even installed them for me. Could not have asked for better customer service!”
“I stopped by the other store where they didn't have the part, and I drove to this location to pick up the order. Extremely friendly staff, I was in and out of the door and on my way in no time.”

“Had my battery tested here which tested ok. The gentleman thought that I may have a parasitic draw that was draining my battery. I took my truck to a shop and indeed was a parasitic draw. My light in my back seat was in between on and off so even though my light wasn't on it was still draining my battery. Good job batteries plus!”
