“I have been locked out of my account 2xs in 3 weeks once over Veterans 4 day holiday (Really?!). Mt daughter is a Vet and doesn't get 4 days off! I was not notified either tome and ALWAYS on the weekend. 1st time cost me 100s of dollars and moving!! This time can't buy food, register for class due by today. Cant speak to a English speaking human in America, and they are robotic in their answers and refuse to give branch number. I am livid and done!!! I am disabled and can't just hop in car and go to office to fix it”

I have had the nicest people help me will go thru my statements. Took the time with me. Didn't complain answered questions that I should have known. Never been dissatisfied with Veridian Credit Union. My phone has got turned off. I don't drive and someone finally came and my card has been locked not sure why. But I believe in them. So I will go tomorrow. They take care of not just me but I believe everyone gets the same service. Love me some Veridian!!!!!!!”
