“I ordered a pair of Rockport Wicker coffee tables. Within a few months the corner was warped and paint chipping both top, bottom and sides. I sent pictures and contacted the customer service without any resolution after weeks of responses. My opinion is they do not back their products.
I am editing my review as the company ended up replacing my coffee tables and charging shipping only which was around $400.00. I am satisfied with the results and want to make sure I give them credit for resolving the issues!”
