    The gentleman that works the counter is extremely knowledgeable, he got my issue sorted out in minutes and actually saved me some money to boot;

    Intermittent, and frequent, internet outages make remote work impossible. Be forewarned that Mediacom will not acknowledge outages that directly impact work.

    Mediacom is terrible. Far to many outages. Will not refund after they said they would.
