“Brendon B at Verizon TCC in Ames was absolutely AMAZING today helping both my father and I with multiple things…new phone, steaming plans etc! He was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE, SO KIND AND PATIENT and he explained everything so we could understand! He spent literally an hour and 45 minutes with us and never seemed rushed or annoyed at all! He also taught us many new things to help us use our phones more efficiently! He is a great guy and great to work with! Highly recommend!!”
