“CPR was great to work with! I got a next day appt and my phone was repaired quickly. Insurance covered the damaged screen. Additional damage was found on the back of the phone which cost only $50 to fix. Highly recommend CPR!”

“Brendon B at Verizon TCC in Ames was absolutely AMAZING today helping both my father and I with multiple things…new phone, steaming plans etc! He was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE, SO KIND AND PATIENT and he explained everything so we could understand! He spent literally an hour and 45 minutes with us and never seemed rushed or annoyed at all! He also taught us many new things to help us use our phones more efficiently! He is a great guy and great to work with! Highly recommend!!”

“I had a great experience at the AT&T store in Ames, Iowa. BRAYDEN L was the cashier who helped me, and he was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly, professional, patient, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service this good these days. Thank you, Brayden, for going above and beyond — AT&T is lucky to have you!”

“Not sure if the intermittent lack of water pressure during my clean yesterday was due to constant use on the best January day of 2022, or if it is time for an upgrade.”

“We came in around 6:15 pm on February 16th to port a number onto my plan. Serena was extremely helpful in every way possible. She showed us the new phones, their features, and even knew the specs of the old phone that was being ported, to compare with the choices of new phone options in the store. That's impressive! After selecting a phone and porting the number there was a goofy billing glitch in the system that was no fault of this store. Serena contacted the higher ups in the billing department, and after a few minutes they got my monthly payment exactly where it should be. Mind you, this ran slightly beyond their store hours by about 5 minutes. BUT, unlike probably many businesses, we weren't rushed out, we got everything perfectly done before leaving. Totally impressive customer service.”

“Replaced battery in my old Samsung Galaxy S8 . Notorious problem as all Android owners know. $80 repair versus $800+ for a new phone. It took an hour and saved me a fortune. Great to have a professional phone repair store.”

“This was my old phone when I went in. Jesus was amazing at doing the impossible and getting everything transferred over to the new phone, while trying to navigate the old phone without hardly being able to see anything on it. Absolutely would recommend this store and Jesus to anyone!”
