“Usually only one or two employees present so there can be a wait, but the people in this store are ON POINT. They solve problems and get things done. They are sharp, personable, polite, knowledgable and professional. In short, they know their business and are good at it. The store itself is situated oddly and parking can be an issue, but that is the only downside.”
“We came in around 6:15 pm on February 16th to port a number onto my plan. Serena was extremely helpful in every way possible. She showed us the new phones, their features, and even knew the specs of the old phone that was being ported, to compare with the choices of new phone options in the store. That's impressive! After selecting a phone and porting the number there was a goofy billing glitch in the system that was no fault of this store. Serena contacted the higher ups in the billing department, and after a few minutes they got my monthly payment exactly where it should be. Mind you, this ran slightly beyond their store hours by about 5 minutes. BUT, unlike probably many businesses, we weren't rushed out, we got everything perfectly done before leaving. Totally impressive customer service.”

“I never ever do this, but I stopped at the kiosk at Sam’s Club and wow it was a great decision. Bret from tmobile helped me out, I needed a new phone and hated what I was paying with my previous carrier. He delivered on all cylinders. I now have a new phone on the way and so do my kids, what a Christmas gift. If you ever need help with anything tmobile go see Bret, he was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and very polite, it can be intimidating talking to a very tall and striking man but he made it a very inviting experience.”

“I have been in the sales business selling vehicles for over 40 years. I had Ahmad greet me at the door when I visited this location. I was thinking about uprgrading my iPhone 12 Mini to a iPhone 17. I was not planning on doing it that day. Ahmad took the necessary time to explain all of my options.
