“My husband and I were driving through to get to a wedding in council bluffs when we stopped by this Casey’s and accidentally locked our keys in our car, the lady’s working jumped right in to help and one even went so far as to get us a clothes hanger during her break to try and jimmy our way into the car.”
“While driving across country, the "Maintenance Required" light came on in our Toyota. We stopped here, and the gentleman at the shop (whose name I didn't catch, unfortunately) reset the light and assured us there was nothing to worry about... and refused to let us pay him for his time. Sure enough, we made it from California to Pennsylvania without incident. Much appreciated!”

“Back in October 2015 the very friendly people let me sleep in my car on the side by the dumpsters for a few hours while the blizzard came through. Next morning lots of cars in ditches at least 10+ from there to Nebraska border. Of course I bought a soda and snacks.”

“Stopped to get gas on our way through and use the facilities. The young lady outside emptying the garage greeted me and we had a nice conversation about travelling. When I went in to use the washroom the lady behind the counter smiled and said hello. Washroom was clean.”

“I had to go so bad and I had no clue when the next rest stop was going to appear so I got off on a random offramp and just floored it racing to the gas station which was 6 miles down the road! I made it, though, and found the men's room to be spotlessly clean! Thank you! The staff were super friendly as well.”
