Their diagnostic and quote approval processes are performed via text message which is extremely fast and efficient.”

“Some of the BEST people in Spirit Lake! They treated me with respect and they were very attentive to me. When I first came to Great Lakes Motor, I had a flat tire. Pete came to Kwik Star across the street and aired up my tire just to get me to his shop. My tire wasn't fixable (it was a bad flat!), but he put my spare tire on so I could get to my original fix it guy, I'm originally from Hull. Today, I had to replace the battery in my remote, and Pete replaced it for me. Pete and the guys at Great Lakes are my new favorite people, and my go-to if I ever have car issues! They was very fast efficient and professional, but the most important part ,they have a shop mascot named Rocky that was very comforting and welcoming to me and my service animal . I would highly recommend the shop to anyone that was in the area and they needed their vehicle worked on.”

“I recently purchased a new differential for my Suburban from US Powertrain, and I couldn't be happier with the product and service. The differential features upgraded parts that address flaws in the original OEM design, making it a significant improvement for my vehicle.
My local transmission shop handled the installation, and it came with a warranty, adding to my peace of mind. The fact that this product is American-made is a big plus for me, and it shows in the quality and durability of the differential.
Additionally, US Powertrain's customer service is top-notch. Their website is user-friendly and packed with helpful information. Whenever I had questions, I found their phone and chat support to be excellent. Someone was always available to assist me within minutes, which made the entire experience seamless.
The first differential I ordered through my local shop developed a persistent whine during deceleration after installation. USP recommended driving it for 500 miles to see if the noise subsided, but it did not. They then sent a replacement differential to my local shop under warranty and covered the installation costs at my local shop's hourly rate. I paid nothing out of pocket.
Overall, I highly recommend US Powertrain for anyone in need of a reliable and well-made differential. Their commitment to quality and customer service is truly commendable.”
