My wife has an Etsy store and I’m recently unemployed yet again so I was helping her out. Not to mention it got me away from her for a little while. “The Ankeny Staples printing department is second to none. I needed some printing done for my sister in law's funeral the next day. Because of high demand for printing, I was not able to have my project completed the same day. When I explained my situation to Heather, she was able to print everything within an hour! I was extremely happy with her service. Heather is a rock star and Lily was there assisting. Thank you for awesome customer service! You went above and beyond!”

“They've been great getting me in and out quickly. Yeah, they charge for boxes if you neglect to return Amazon stuff without a shipping box but they also box it up. I think that's fair. They charged me $2.00 once and $2.50 another time -- would probably spend that buying a box elsewhere as apparently Amazon requires a return in a box.
Anyway, these folks have been pleasant and get me on my way in short order, can't ask for much more.”

“It's conveniently located near my residence. It's also about expectations, everyone is under staffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. I've been receiving my mail and packages at this store for close to 20 years. Rick on the staff there has always looked after my needs and tried to help me with any Issues I might have. He would be might go to person if I had an issue, It's a small business and the owners are primarily at their Ankeny store, so they are not usually available. Like most service oriented businesses they've gone through lots of staff, Rick has remained a constant. Having said that all the staff I have dealt with have by-and-large have done there best to try and help me in any way that they can. They offer me what I need a place to receive and send packages from and hold my mail.”
“They have the best employees at this location.I usually print out my labels at home and drop my packages off at this location. One time I had an international package and was going to pay/fill out the customs form in the office. I forgot my wallet, offered to just come back the next day. The sweet lady working told me she would pay with her own money for it to get shipped out and I could pay her back the next time I'm there. I came back the next day of course to pay her back, that was very sweet and generous on her part.”
“Staff are really nice. Never an issue. I wish the hours were extended though just a bit. I work the standard 9-5 kind of job and thats the po box hours... Makes it really hard for me to try to get here to get to my mail. PO box access is available limited on saturday but most of the time they hold the item instead of putting it in a box so I have to speak to someone to get it.... Which means I can't get it on saturday. The hours are my only issue here. Location and staff are great.”
“I receive my mail out of this post office facility. My mail delivery people are nice, efficient and they have 99% accuracy in delivery of correct items. I seldom go to the actual location but when I have the staff have been very nice and eager the assist me.”
“I had an international package that was supposed to be here on 11/28 but U.S. customs held my dress in there forever. Anthony helped me track down my package, it was supposed to get to me the day after I left. I got a notification it was at the Ankeny post off as I was heading to the airport for vacation. I Asked them can they please check for my package. They were so kind! Anthony looked high and low. He found it. It’s the small things these days. I can’t thank the team enough.”
“I had an amazing experience with this office! I needed to get into my mailbox but I had lost my key.
After verifying my info, they called all three drivers who split my route to make sure they could contact the correct person and let them know to transfer my packages to a Luxer machine.
They really went above and beyond to make sure I could get my mail, and for that I’m super grateful. 5 stars!”

“Not only was I treated well but I watched a clerk answer a TON of questions from an elderly lady and was so patient. In the end, the lady didn’t understand and owed money but the clerk allowed her to leave without requiring payment. It was a nominal amount but the gesture went a long way to me. Thank you!”
