I was nervous as I didn't know her. Not only did she stand behind the sale, she had it repaired at her expense. THEN she assisted me with finding someone to do a laser repair of my engagement ring. It is stunning! Then she orchestrated the repair of a filigree diamond ring that other jewelers wouldn't touch. For several months we had discussed possible repairs and I finally decided to try the repair. I can't even tell you how many hours she has spent with me in person, via text and phone to make sure my heirloom was lovingly restored. She is now a trusted friend! You will not be disappointed!!!
