“I had my wedding here in April 2022, everything was great except the bathrooms were not cleaned. I had several guest complain that the bathrooms were dirty. Also there were no signs or instructions for how things were supposed to be put away. The person needs to communicate more with renters and not wait til the very last minute.”
“Seats were comfortable, movie experience was great. Concession line was long and moved so slow, so definitely use the order ahead option. Though I did use that and it wasn't ready at the time it said it would. They didn't seem aware of my order ahead order until I was standing at the pick up area.”
“You could vastly and easily improve the hotel's initial impression, which is pretty important to travelers. Upon entering, I wondered if we'd made a mistake booking here. The entryway was full of dead leaves and carpets were worn and needed a vacuum. The main staircase needed vacuuming as well. Our hallway and room carpet looked new and clean, however, so I began to feel better about the place. The chair in our sitting area had noticeable white dirt on it that looked like something that could be cleaner rather easily. The room was comfortable and very quiet which was greatly appreciated! Kudos for that!Rooms: King-room with separate seating area/kitchenette very comfortable and the bedroom was awesomely quiet -- no hallway or adjoining room noise; outside noise was minimal.Noteworthy details: Nice location -- easy to find and get to; easy to access all of Ames.”

“Attend a wedding and was impressed with the venue, only thing I see that needed changed was after dark there is no lights in the parking areas at all. We had to use the lights on our phones to find our way around. Other than that it was clean and well put together!”
