“Had my wedding there yesterday and it was so so so beautiful. Everything went perfect!!! Larissa & Samantha worked with me to create the perfect timeline and Chloe and Samantha made sure everything went smoothly which I’m so appreciative of on a big day! These women will make sure you get your dream day. I’m very type A & usually stressed but I was very calm on the wedding day because these women prove anything I could think to worry about, they had already handled. I spilled red frosting on my dress during the cake cutting & Samantha ran over with club soda and completely got any stains out!! She is a super woman! The venue is beautiful, the staff is so friendly & fun. I will recommend to anyone & everyone to get married here!”

“My friend and I have Autism and with that brings a special interest in elevators of any kind. When we arrived to check out the elevator in the Octagon space, the studios upstairs had closed for the day, but the staff couldn't have been more supportive of our hobby. They welcomed us to videotape their very unique elevator and were super interested in our hobby. This place has friendly people all around and for that reason I recommend supporting them.”

“I had my wedding here in April 2022, everything was great except the bathrooms were not cleaned. I had several guest complain that the bathrooms were dirty. Also there were no signs or instructions for how things were supposed to be put away. The person needs to communicate more with renters and not wait til the very last minute.”

“A group of us went to go see a movie on friday and a loud rowdy group of middle schoolers were on their phones, throwing stuff, and were being overall disrespectful. i went and talked to staff and they were quick to respond, unfortunately, they did not stop and ended up turning on flashlights towards our group. when i alerted staff again, they took action. i greatly appreciated the staff and the time they took to insure we still had a great experience! we greatly appreciated everything they did!”

I chose this hotel because of the price point and decent reviews and was so please with the spacious rooms and will definitely make this my new go to hotel when I come to Ames Iowa. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent.”
