GICU has called to make sure that my payments were completed when they hadnt received it yet before a late fee or report to the credit union. This is the kind of competence and customer service. “I haven't seen customer service like I was given here since before and during the time I was in business and some other businesses I knew the owners of and some I did business with and my bank was next door and across the street from one of my businesses.
In 2015, I did go to a US Bank for the first time located in, Sandusky, Ohio and the Assistant Manager and tellers were amazing when I opened my first account.
The Assistant Manager allowed me to do something that banks either don't or rarely do.
I greatly appreciate how Lico and Ariel treated me and helped me plus the efficient teller.
They restored my faith in US Bank.
I don't ever forget good people.
