“The best customer service I've had in a long time! Judd and Dave were wonderful! I needed an adapter to go from a sump pump to a garden hose, but my sump pump was an unusual size. They took the time to go thru multiple scenarios to rig this up. In the end, Judd found pieces to work, and then took it further and actually took my pump and the rigged pieces to the back and put them together for me to make sure it all fit properly, Teflon tape included so it wouldn't leak. It was a wonderful experience and I just wanted to put this out there and let Judd and Dave know they are very appreciated! Thank you!”

“I stopped here 30 mins before they closed to grab one item. I expected everyone to be busy closing the store and thought I'd be rushing in and out. I asked where to locate what I needed and, instead of pointing me in the right direction or giving me an aisle number like most retail employees, the gentleman stopped what he was doing and walked me all the way to the other side of the store. He even took the time to go over what my options were and answer my questions.
In addition, the cashier was very upbeat and friendly, the supervisor who came to assist him with a missing barcode was prepared- she had the item number written down because it was apparently an item that she gets called about frequently. Even the gentleman outside on carts was pleasant and helpful. He approached me and offered to take care of my cart despite there being plenty of carts in the bay that I'm assuming he still had to get inside for the night.
I am not used to being impressed by this many retail employees in one shopping trip. I work in retail so it takes a lot to impress me.”
“Home Depot always has the products I need. Purchased Cedar boards, acrylic glass and as always, another needed tool. This store had employees available to help. Some other popular stores you have to for the places they hide.”
“I have been a customer with these guys for years! Larry was my guy, not only did he do great work with the machines, but I would like to stop by the shop just to see him! Super knowledgeable and he could repair anything! My friend Larry recently passed away and the shop is in great hands with Dan and Tony! They provide excellent services and there's no better place to get quality repairs and at a reasonable price. A great Southside small business!”

But, their kind employees opened up at 6:45am for me today when they saw I was there. Very knowledgeable and courteous people work here.”
