“The staff was friendly and the property overall was very clean. However, my room’s fridge didn’t work, and only one of the two elevators was operational during my stay. Since the hotel is close to the airport and gets a lot of traffic, this sometimes meant waiting up to five minutes for the elevator.

Another thing to note is that there aren’t many restaurants close by, so you may have to drive a bit for food options.

Aside from those issues, it was a solid stay, and I would stay here again.”

“Everything seems clean, but when I went into my room took the elevator was dirty, also walking towards my room was a little musty and super humid 🥵 with a weird smell.... I saw a bug 😲 I got scared.... I got close to my room and I tried to turn the AC unit by the hallway at the end close to our room, and it didn't work at all and it seems pretty outdated.... Went inside my room, and it was very clean and cool, comfortable.... Nice view...... I just think that they need a little TLC with couple things.... But because the bedroom being so clean I would stay there again.... Also great service!”

“Very convenient location, close to the airport, parks with walking trails and veteran memorials. Hotel staff are very helpful and focus on guest comfort. Breakfast offerings are much appreciated and tasty. Fitness center and pool are are clean and well maintained. The hotel has a regular shuttle that runs to and from the airport. Really, about the only recommendation would be to have a small microwave in the guestroom. During a recent stay, the area was threatened by multiple tornado warnings and bad weather. Staff made sure to support guests by having weather coverage on the lounge TVs, full coffee pots, free water, etc. Thankfully no damages in the immediate area. A good Hilton property.”
