“Average hotel that got the job done for our quick overnight stay. Wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but always expect a clean room, and got that. The rate was very reasonable. I’d definitely stay again.”
“We stayed here before flying out early the next morning. Rooms were updated and clean. We had wonderful service from an older gentleman driving the shuttle that morning, but on our return after calling the hotel for a shuttle back, we were told 5-10 minute wait. No problem. But 30 minutes go by and no van. I call again and she assures me he should be there any minute. Another 20 minutes go by until the driver (different gentleman from before) shows up. So now it was a 50 minute wait and when he arrives, doesn't say a word. Doesn't open the back for us to put our bags in and has the music blaring. Get back to hotel and he again doesn't say a word after we say thank you. All he does is drive away and park over at the Hampton Inn. Not impressed.”
