Never pushed me on add-ons that I didn't want. He was patient with me as I did some table math when deciding the amount of downpayment I wanted. Jeff was also easy to work with in the finance office. Justin the manager was fair to negotiate with and very personable. The whole process was simple and not drawn-out. The CR-V itself is an amazing vehicle. I recently completed a 3500 mile road trip to Acadia (highly recommend), and I had zero issues throughout the trip.”

Ford builds crap products. Have a 2020 Ford Edge. At 50K miles transmission went out. At 66K miles the rear drive unit went out along with get two oil leaks on the engine repaired. Hadn’t owned a Ford since 1990. They were crap back then. Thought after 30 years they had to improve. Wrong! When this one nears the end of the extended warranty it’ll be gone and replaced with a quality brand.”

“Had a great experience with the team at Bob Mickey after a deer collision. They worked well with insurance and got the job done as fast as possible. The office staff was friendly and were able to give updates when asked. Chad went above and beyond to walk me through the inspection and show the damage. After the repair the vehicle was detailed and cleaned. Would highly recommend them for any work!”

“The store is very clean and the employees were very nice. They actually helped me find the stuff I needed. There isn't much parking, but beyond that I have zero critiques. The store seems nice, and is better than the one further south in CR by a mile. The employees there have an attitude and acted like it was unreasonable for me to ask one of them to come ring me up after I found the filter I was looking for.”

“This past fall my vehicle was totaled in a car accident. Without any hesitation I chose Cassill Collision Center, despite it being out of the responsible parties insurance network, to do the damage assessment. I received outstanding customer service. Onna got me into a rental the same day, took the time to explain the entire process and answered my many questions, and she even printed my kids multiple coloring pages to keep them busy while we took care of the car stuff. Derek did a great job communicating and keeping my updated on the progress and process. When the responsible parties Insurance company recieved the final assessment from Cassill, the insurance adjuster told me that it was the most thorough, detailed, and organized assessment that he had seen in his 16+ years of working in Insurance. My car was deemed a total loss. Onna, Derek, and the team at Cassill Collision Center was phenomenal at ensuring that I was well taken care of and they all worked around my schedule as a single parent while navigating this nightmare of a situation. She has a reputation for being incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, transparent, genuine, and committed to finding something that works for each individual. As a single mom, I didn't want to be pressured into spending outside of my budget and I wanted someone who would meet me where I was at and help advocate for me, and that's exactly what Krissi did. Krissi helped me find a safe, reliable car for me and my two kids, well within my budget the same day. I was able to turn in the rental vehicle I was using from Cassill Collision Center when I purchased my new car from Krissi. I had my two young kiddos with me in for the entire process, and Krissi went above and beyond, as well as the rest of the incredible crew at Cassill, to make us all feel welcomed, taken care of, and valued. Krissi had crafts for my kids, the staff turned on some shows for them to watch in their incredibly convenient playroom, we ate our McDonald's lunch in their dining area, and when it was time to go, they sent us with goodie bags, freshly popped popcorn and balloons and a lot of reassurance to reach out if we needed anything at all. Crystal made all the paperwork and payment process painless and easy. She was so incredibly organized and did a great job explaining the whole process. Krissi reached out and checked in within the week after we purchased and has been great at answering my questions when they've popped up. I cannot express it enough how Krissi and the staff at Cassill Motors and Cassill Collision Center took one of the most stressful events and made it into such a positive expierence. You simply cannot and will not find better customer service. At Cassill, as cheesy as it sounds, treat you like they would treat their most precious loved ones.”

No 17 yr old parts jockeys that have to ask you what size your wiper blades are to find what oil filter your car uses (you know the store). Parts store for parts and car guys!”
“Literally the best customer service. The Australian gentleman and the younger guy were so helpful when putting my windshield wipers on! It was freezing cold and they offered to put my wipers on and were very kind during the whole process. I was having a terrible day and had to stop and get a wiper cause I accidentally broke it and then the new wiper I bought wasn’t fitting and I was worried I would have to spend a fortune getting it fixed but they assured me they would get it and working and they did! Honestly made my whole day and so appreciative of those two!”
