They went above and beyond in not only helping set up one of our new lines and phone transfers, but even more so when my account was hacked and fraud charges placed on it. “My landlord was providing me with imon internet for the last 3 years and it was great! So great, that when i found out my landlord was no longer providing the internet, i signed up with imon myself. They had a great promotion going on too. They sent out a guy named NICK from CABLE PRO the next day and he set everything up like a “PRO!” Get it? Cause he works for CABLE PRO lol anyways i already had an ethernet cable but this guy made me a new one from scratch for free!!! Now talk about customer satisfaction! Give my mans a raise! For real”
