I have a prepaid phone so had to go into the store to get my phone updated for the T-Mobile merge. The wonderful sales person mentioned it would be best to come back at the end of April as I had just made a payment and it would be in my best interest. Now that's great customer service! I greatly appreciate her. FABULOUS!!!
