“Xena Mora is THE BEST! I am not tech savy and had my phone for over a year and never realized that it was never activated! Only used it for coupons and to have available in case of an emergency. When I discovered the phone did not work not only did she it but she never treated me like a moron :) I will turn to her for any future purchases! “My first initial visit was not good. The gentleman that started to help me was very rude and extremely unprofessional. Left before everything was done. The woman lilly was very professional and did her job correctly even after being called vulgar names by the other guy. Had to come back the following day to finish because of the unprofessionalism of the guy that started to help me got the system locked. The next day visit was very good and the gentleman that i worked with then was very professional and also apologized like lilly did about gentlemen’s behavior. Got my internet quickly and both him and lilly answered any questions i had. Definitely recommend this place to anyone as long as the first guy no longer works there.”

In my two hours in store, they were the only two employees who actually showed care and were actually helpful, the only ones on the floor really. All the others sat in the back and hid out for the whole time while they were slammed with customers. I give them both a five star. All the others… def not.
