“I use the Williams Blvd UPS store often and I am called by name when I visit, I have had shipping issues no fault of the store or workers but they whenever needed go above and beyond to help however they can, and if I receive an order I'm not happy with, they make sure it's shipped back out with no hesitation, they have a great team and I will continue to ship/receive with that location. “I'm a regular here and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always kind and helpful. I would recommend getting passport photos elsewhere, though, as I was told my photo had too many shadows on the face when I went to submit my renewal. The photo area is parallel to the big window, which can leave half the face pretty shaded, depending on the light outside.”
