“I was sent to Seams Easy by a friend of a friend, who is also quite petite and apparently brings literally all her pants here. This was my second time bringing Loiza something on short notice and she's delivered with room to spare. I don't think my alterations were terribly complicated, but she makes the entire process feel painless either way. Not only is she a talented seamstress, she is a master of time management because her little shop is always busy yet she's always willing to take a new project. Her rates feel fair and affordable, especially considering I put her in a time crunch. I'm so glad to have found Loiza so I can be a little more worry free when clothes shopping as a short gal :)”

“Man oh man, I love this store! It's overwhelming in the best ways possible because of the sheer volume of stuff that they have! My head was on a swivel the entire time I was in this store and I ended up dropping $200+ on a ton of stuff! They have graphic tees, stickers, coasters, pins, EVERYTHING! And the vast majority of it is all printed and designed by them! This Iowa-based company is absolutely delightful! Everything you find here is going to be unique and wonderful and this is just the exact kind of company I love supporting! They are so bold and out here with their products and if you've got any halfway decent sense of humor, you are sure to find a ton of goodies here to appreciate and purchase! This store encapsulates the Midwesterner state of mind perfectly and I just absolutely love it! This specific Raygun store is located in the extremely quaint and cute downtown Cedar Falls area and so at the front of the store in particular, they have specific products and merch geared towards Cedar Falls especially! I believe one of their bigger stores is located within Des Moines and I will be visiting it very soon and can't wait to see what delightfully fun finds I discover here! My only request to Raygun is for some more representation of other states in the Midwest! As an Iowa-based company, I obviously see and understand the overwhelming majority of Iowa-related products, but I've also seen some Kansas and Ohio merch as well and as a Michigander, I would really love some Michigan representation too! Ope, as long as that's not too much to ask! :P”
“My fiancé and I needed to exchange a pair of jeans we ordered online. Sarah met us at the door, processed our return jeans, credited our account, and gave us a printout to present to the cashier in the store. The line in store was quite long but it gave me the opportunity to browse around the store. The sign outside of the store advertising 60% off clearance intrigued me so I went to the "clearance" jeans rack. When I spoke with an associate inquiring about the 60% off I was informed the "clearance jeans" are NOT part of the 60% sale. Folks this is "bait and switch" absolutely NOTHING on the 60% off posted sign outside American Eagle stated that "jeans" were NOT included. Nevertheless I was gravely disappointed. However, on a lighter note, the current in store sales of buy one get one 50% off are a fantastic deal! I absolutely praise Sarah whom helped us upon arrival with our exchange. Sarah was polite, efficient and knew what she was doing!!! Sarah is the reason why I'm giving American Eagle 5 stars!!!! On the other hand, the associate I spoke with in the store was a snob.”
