My package was supposed to get delivered Monday, April 20 but it’s showing now April 22 with no proper update why it’s delayed. Really bad service with no proper info and bad customer experience.

Categorically unhelpful customer service. First person I spoke to flat out told me something that was not true in an effort to not problem solve a mistake DHL made. Second person I spoke to wouldnt provide their name. Have emailed a DHL customer care address for further information.
