Gabrielle did an amazing job. when closing time hit I offered to come back the next day and when I did she made sure I finished the process with her. “I am not someone who needs the latest and greatest technology, but after being turned away from Best Buy with a broken and clearly outdated phone, I needed to go to the closest location of Boost since my iPhone 11 finally gave out.
Upon walking inside, I was greeted by David and he was able to help me from start to finished, despite how stressed and technologically challenged I am. He got our plan upgraded and got me the best deal Boost offered on an iPhone 16e. He was great at troubleshooting and making sure I understood the more confusing aspects of the phone transfer.
I’ve not always had the best customer service when needing to go into a Boost location, but David was a five-star employee who knew his stuff and was great to work with.”

“I am so glad that I switched to cricket wireless from T-Mobile. I was having lots of problems with my phone service and Tracy knew her stuff and was very nice and good at what she does she had my phone switched over and no time I would recommend cricket wireless to anybody And if you’re going to cricket wireless, you have to talk to Tracy. She is amazing. She had great customer service she knew what she was doing and got things done in no time. And she’s a very nice person thank you so much, Tracy”
