“My internet service has always been reliable and I’ve never experienced an outage, but that’s probably because I live so close. The autobill system is great, but be aware it takes a few months to kick in after setting it up. I do wish they had more customizable speed plans since their most basic plan is way more speed than I need. I would gladly take lower speeds in exchange for lower price.”
