“I lost my phone, went everywhere I had been with no phone. I stopped in this store, Peter checked me in within a few minutes. Brooke was very kind and understanding that I didn't know one of my passwords or other info she needed. Brooke used my husband's phone to locate mine and I was out the door in less than 10 minutes and off to pick up my phone. Peter and Brooke were both very congenial and helpful. It was nice to be treated with kindness and respect!”

“Ran into issues with my mom's service. I called and spoke to Thomas who was just so sweet and helpful and even called back when he said he would. When he couldn't solve our issue I got a call from Dixie and worked with her to resolve the problem! She had me texting photos to her personal cell phone to see what was happening. To find a company that has such wonderful customer service is very rare but for them to have more than 1 extremely kind, helpful, and patient person is like finding a mermaid in the sea! “Big Dog has been wonderful and very easy to work with. We are glad we picked them to partner with for our TV service. The system they installed is very reliable with little to no down time over the years we have partnered with them. Olivia has been great to work with and always right on it with any questions we have and willing to talk us thru any issues we have and sends us emails with the step by step instructions for our files for future use. Julius was our great tech, very smart and took the time to show us things about the system we can do to make it run smooth. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for satellite TV. I give them a 5 stars.”

“My internet service has always been reliable and I’ve never experienced an outage, but that’s probably because I live so close. The autobill system is great, but be aware it takes a few months to kick in after setting it up. I do wish they had more customizable speed plans since their most basic plan is way more speed than I need. I would gladly take lower speeds in exchange for lower price.”
