“My landlord was providing me with imon internet for the last 3 years and it was great! So great, that when i found out my landlord was no longer providing the internet, i signed up with imon myself. They had a great promotion going on too. They sent out a guy named NICK from CABLE PRO the next day and he set everything up like a “PRO!” Get it? Cause he works for CABLE PRO lol anyways i already had an ethernet cable but this guy made me a new one from scratch for free!!! Now talk about customer satisfaction! Give my mans a raise! For real”
“Kind and efficient, what they should do is lower the prices of the plans because they are tough with their prices, in order to move forward to the future, we are in the past. I thought that in this time the prices of the Internet would be cheaper, they continue to be in the sky, blessings, the treatment of the workers is good ?”
“I was hesitant going in today due to some of the negative comments here. But I had a great experience. The person who checked us in was very welcoming and friendly. I was there to change from Verizon to T-Mobile. Will did a great job explaining my options and getting everything all set up. He was patient and didn't make me feel rushed.”

“Ran into issues with my mom's service. I called and spoke to Thomas who was just so sweet and helpful and even called back when he said he would. When he couldn't solve our issue I got a call from Dixie and worked with her to resolve the problem! She had me texting photos to her personal cell phone to see what was happening. To find a company that has such wonderful customer service is very rare but for them to have more than 1 extremely kind, helpful, and patient person is like finding a mermaid in the sea!
