“Had a small mishap this morning with a purchase no big deal. It was an honest mistake. I was able to get ahold of Renee and Beth and they have both been very helpful and professional with handling the situation and are continuing to work on getting it resolved. Every place has its ups and downs but when you have the right people like Renee and Beth taking care of things it makes going to Caseys worth it.”
