“I was quoted almost $1700 for a new catalytic converter at another place. I called Terrys and they gave me a quote of $1150. I was so thankful to find a cheaper place to get this fixed. When I took it in and they looked at it they found it was only the flex pipe that needed fixed and a tune up to get it running like normal again! I paid $700 for this fix at Terrys and my car has been running smoothly ever since! I was very pleased to find a place that took the time to look at everything and find me the most affordable option! The lady at the front desk was so nice. I will be taking it back for repairs in the future!”

“Rich Straw was my Air-jet Muffler Corp contact person. After explaining what assistance I needed, (Cummins M-11 5" exhaust pipe down stream of the turbo) he knew exactly what part I needed. He new the cost and led time required to manufacture the part. It is always a comfort to deal with a company that has comepedent employees like Rich. Rich maintained contact with me via email on expected delivery date and delivered it to the address I provided. “I have used these guys frequently over the last year and have been very satisfied with the service that I have received. Recently I needed to get a bulb in my tail light replaced that a competitor said they could not get to. I tried taking to another competitor and they were going to charge me $76 to put a bulb in and we’re going to make me wait a day to do it. I called CarX on 86th and they quoted me a much more reasonable price and got me in immediately. I will be going back for future services.”

“Nick is the greatest! I walked in moments after they opened with a problem of my brakes making a strange sound. Nick got me right in, inspected the brakes, and even showed me exactly what was wrong before getting right to work replacing them. On top of that, he was able to fix the A/C for me after several other mechanics had told me it would be $300-1200 to replace the blower motor. Nick ran the diagnostics, refilled my Freon, and had my car blowing freezing cold air in a few minutes. All of this was done after I had walked in unannounced. This Tuffy and Nick will be my go-to for all of my automotive needs from now on!”

Dan took care of my needs and when there was a parts mix up, he had a rental car there for me in 15 minutes to drive while they waited for the correct part to come in. The company had sent the wrong mirror. Not their fault but they took it upon themselves to absorb the mistake.
Very impressed. Companies rarely take that kind of pride in pleasing the customer.”
