I had the appointment but explained to Don that it was just a light and felt it was just something they could just reset. He was nice enough to do this for me. 5 min, in and out. 100% satisfied. “We had an employee traveling across country and one of our trucks threw a code that implied the truck would shut off soon. We were able to get it dropped off to Bob Brown Chevrolet prior to the unit completely shutting down. Shout out to Luke and team for diagnosing the issue, ordering the appropriate part and repairing the truck. Luke made multiple calls keeping me up to date as to the status of the vehicle. “My new (to me) 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee faced some 2”+ hail that left it in rough shape. Cracked wind shield, hail spots all over, and more. I chose to drive my vehicle 5.5 hours to Stew Hansens to take care of it. They worked directly with my insurance and I really didn’t need to do a thing.
My vehicle looks brand new, they even cleaned up the inside for me so it REALLY feels and looks brand new. I am very appreciative of the hard work from Stew Hansens! Thank you!”

“Was advised to go to their service center and see if the could get the metal valve caps off the tire stems, they were stuck big time. I was originally quoted an amount, for all 4 valve stem replacements (if necessary) and it wasn't that bad so I said ok. They got me in right then and we waited less than an hour. They were able to get one metal cap off so only had to replace 3 stems. I was floored when the mechanic came out after and the cost was a $100 less!! All the employees we encountered there were very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend going there to service your Chevrolet and buy.”

“The truck started acting funny while traveling through Missouri with the 5th Wheel. We figured it was the fuel filter since we had been traveling so much, and it was down to 35% life. Called Bob Brown Chev, and they said their quick lube shop could change the filter. They had a spot for us to unhook the 5th wheel and got us in quite fast and back on the road. We really appreciated the quick service.”
