He was more concerned on helping me than worrying about me not being able to pay for the oil. (Which I did pay) The point is you don’t get service like that very often. He was really on top of his game the only thing that kind of puzzled me I guess was you have to pay so much for mileage but you still have to pay for gas too I guess that's a part of doing business and making money.”

“It’s nice to know that there are small town businesses that still do the right thing!! My 15 year-old is just learning how to drive and somehow managed to curb the car and hit the muffler. It was real noisy after that I didn’t know exactly what was wrong, but I took it to three places the first place I showed the pictures I had that I taken under the car. They didn’t put it up on a lift. They didn’t look at it. Just looked at my pictures. told me that I would need a whole new system and I was gonna cost about $560 so I thought I better get a second opinion then I went to another local auto repair that I’ve been using the last several years they told me they didn’t have the tools to fix it and gave me the names of a couple different places to call. I called the first place. She couldn’t wait to get me off the phone estimated based on what I told her it would be between $190 and $280 so I did a Google search and I found Terry‘s auto service called them. The lady that answered the phone was very nice. I explained the situation again and she said that she would give me an estimate before I brought the car in just based on what I knew but she said it might not be until tomorrow. I said that’s fine. She called me back told me that they thought it would be around $200 based on the information that I was given so I dropped it off asked for a call before work was started with their estimate. She called me back this afternoon. Told me what they found. Told me the resonator had just been knocked loose and turned around. Then she said Terry got it all put back together and he’s not gonna charge you?! 🤯❤ he didn’t have to do that. He did the work, but I am so thankful and appreciative for an honest man. I will definitely be back and sing your praises to everyone I know!! thanks again!!”
