And all the b.s. about dealing with a tow company. But this company is amazeing! Not only was it very affordable. It was smooth and simple too. Communication was top tear as well. Professional friendly and very helpful. 5 stars!! no complaints and would highly recommend!”

“I was one among the many who got impacted due to the recent Winterstorm.My car battery was dead in the garage and wouldn't start. I called my Insurance around noon, and I was given a shocking ETA of 3 hours.Well - I had no other choice but to wait.Around the 3-hr mark, I received a call from an unknown number. It was Justin, who was assigned my request.He called to make sure that I still need the Jump start, and he gave me an ETA of 15-20 minutes to reach my place.Once, inside my apartment community, he called again to check the location of my SUV.Justin was a fantastic guy, very cheerful and smiling, with a great attitude. He was very patient and helpful.The jump start took just a couple minutes. After the initial jump start and the engine running for 5 minutes or so, we tried a couple more times, to check if the car can start on its own, without the jump start. But, no success. So, he asked me to keep the engine running for 30-45 minutes.Justin was very professional and courteous all the while.Thank you Justin for helping me out !”

“This morning I blew a tire on my way to work. I tried going through my insurance that wanted to charge me $140 for a 2.5 mile drive. I waited for an hour and a half and my insurance STILL hadn't found someone to come pick up my vehicle. I'm not saying that someone wasn't on the way, they hadn't even found someone to take the tow. I kept calling them and they said they were working on it. Eventually I took it upon myself and started calling around. I called a few other places that didn't answer before I called Iowa First Call Towing. It was $91 AND they got there in less than 20 minutes. I was shocked how quick they were. Would recommend and I am now a loyal customer. I understand it won't always be that quick, but I appreciated their service greatly.”

“First, they were the only ones willing to come out today. They had great communication and actually tried to jump it first. The driver offered advice and offered to shovel so I could get out of my driveway. The phone rep also provided great communication and assistance and was willing to go the extra mile! So thankful for all of their help! I highly recommend using their services!”

“Got rear ended and had to have it towed. All of the employees were friendly and treated me well. Also easily worked with my insurance to get my vehicle towed to the body shop for repairs. I honestly think a lot of the bad reviews are the employees just giving back the same kind of energy they get. There are always exceptions but that's just my opinion.”

“I asked a friend if there were any honest mechanics anymore and he said call on Honest wrenches. MY friend stated, & I agree the experience was simply wonderful. They have gotten me in the next day when I've called at 4:00 p.m. the night before. They always give straight answers discuss prices and work to be done. If they find an issue when they're working on your car different than what you've discussed, they will call you give you an estimated price tell you whether or not it needs to be done immediately or if it can wait.
