“I was staying at the heartland Inn for a week and was dreading using a hotel gym only to discover they offer a guest pass to Thrive gym during your stay. Over this past week I low-key had some of my best workouts of my life. To me it is the perfect sized gym with a great atmosphere. Additionally, every interaction to figure out some logistics, clarification, or getting let into the gym was swift and painless. “Haven't used gyms since COVID and worked out at home. Convenient but easy to get into a rut and needed a gym to help meove forward. Searched around and luckily found 5th St Fitness. The gym is fantastic, clean, upgrading equipment and a good vibe where people are focused and supportive. Jeremy (owner) is supportive, enthusiastic and super responsive. Jeremy makes the effort to know his customers and greets everyone by name.”

“Always polite, happy, and fun staff. I've been a member here since 2022. The classes are great and they offer a nice variety. Best mix of machines and free weights to use. I've had personal trainers before and they are top notch. I've only had one slight issue with another member but it had nothing to do with the facility or staff. I highly recommend this gym and love the fact that it's attached to an outpatient physical therapy business.”
