I would recommend this to anyone at any fitness level. If you're new, coaches will work with you and make modifications to make sure that you have a great, manageable work out. If you're not sure, go check it out and see what they're about. You won't be disappointed!”

I saw several people using the cardio equipment.Talking to staff they have had to buy several new pieces of equipment.I thought it was nice here. I didn't see all the stuff that the other negative reviews were talking about.Maybe it won't be for you but I encourage you to at least check it out. See if you can do a walk around before signing up.I wouldn't write this place off based on the other negative reviews.4 stars because it's not perfect. There are better gyms of course but this is perfect for us.”
“The rec is so nice and clean! The staff is amazing and so helpful all the time. I've been going there to workout since I was 17 and I'm now 20 :) if you're a shy person and don't like working out in front of people they have an aerobics room that is perfect for a full body workout. They have jump rope, weights, and other activities for cardio ;) Get a membership and improve your health it'll be worth it ?”
