“Very helpful staff at this location. Bob helped me get a new phone upgrade and the manager A.B. was very knowledgeable and he took the time to explain all of my questions and concerns. Thanks y’all!”
“Jesse in Coralville, Iowa has the BEST customer service, I have witnessed and been a part of in several years! I have tried to locate in IL and NV and had to travel to find a person with his knowledge and expertise as well as kindness!! Thank you for bringing back “great, old fashioned customer service!!! 10 stars!⭐”
“Nelson is the most patient most reserved sales associate I’ve dealt with. He does not bombard you or get pushy. He listens to what you are saying and only acknowledges the things you want without trying to sell you everything in the store. And I know he’s good because I didn’t want to spend money but I DECIDED to spend money ?. Job well done! The store also has a great environmental with great staff. It’s a place you don’t mind waiting for help. Simply amazing!”
