I purchased a new computer (processor and monitor), decided to take advantage of their Best Buy Total (protection plan), and had them do the data transfer and secure scrub of my old processor. There was no hard sell, and everybody I spoke with answered my questions and was knowledgeable and personable. From start to finish, everything was smooth and without stress.
