“cant say enough good things about council hitch. the manager, John, is friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. their work is impeccable and reasonably priced, and they are as accommodating as they can be on scheduling. I particularly want to give a shout out to their tech specialist Jason. He patiently took me through all the steps, with my RV on site, for the RVI brake system after they installed the tow package on my equinix. and when there were problems with the system - not their fault, an issue with how chevy sends sensor data and overwhelmed the battery charger, he helped me troubleshoot on the road several times, and this was a year after install! Highly recommend Council Hitch”

“My experience with Edwards in general has been great.
I went into edwards body shop with a bad bumper after being hit by another person. We have a food trailer that needs to be pulled with the car we had to get fixed. So it was tricky figuring out how we were going to operate during all of this.
Steve was THE MAN. He knew I was struggling figuring out how I was going to continue working without my car and called around and found me a rental service for commercial trucks. We ended up going there and the truck was way too high for our trailer rig and had to pass until we found another vehicle. Steve came through AGAIN shooting me a text with a picture of a hitch mount that would be compatible for us to borrow. We finally got our vehicle fixed, while being able to sell food and it was perfect.
Steve went above and beyond. This is the kind of service that is hard to find these days. We will be back! (Hopefully not too soon)

“4th update: after bringing the pump back within 30minutes, i showed the department the pump. The team was well friendly, ALL of them, we came to a conclusion that i am happy with amd trust, you guys stood by your customer care and the product during all of this. This is why ive trust autozone over mamy others. All shops have their product quirks, its who will stand by the customer and the fix if need be. Thanks auto zone. I will install this and see where it goes. This product was in a un opened and original seal. I can trust that.
Update after update: just recieved a different pump. The manager there marion was very friendly. Please look at photos. After a more close inspecrion of the unit compared to just looking quickly at it. Tell me if this part thats supposed to be new hasnt been in another vehicle. Where did these markimgs come from amd the rust?
Update : i just left autozone and ordered my part from the hub under warranty. So far they are upholding the product and the customers satisfaction. I will later review the new product once installed.
If you buy parts from Any part store. If there is even a single bend in the corner of the product box indication someone's had it before you and it made it's way back to the shelf whether accidentally or purposefully. Be sure to ask them for a other item. I purchased a waterpump from them and the box was deff opened before me and the contents looked like some wear was on it. I went against judgment as usually I will never accept these items due to returns getting back on the shelf, dropped, tossed around etc. Installed the water pump and in less than 2 hours this thing was squealing like no other and worsened during the nex 2 days that if I could upload videos from installation to now removing it again, I would. I'd be happy to send it to the right people if I need to. I've spend thousands at autozone and just recently started their perks and rewards program. Thankfully a almost 300 dollar waterpump plus fan clutch combo is on warranty. I'll be stopping down in the morning for this place to stand by their product and customers. I'll give them 5 stars because they usually do me well but this isn't the type of product I hope to see in the future with these guys. I've already opted out of other auto stores due to this reason..... high priced, non working product. Now I have to get another one, buy more coolant and take more time out of my schedule to replace it with the same one but NEW THIS TIME. Un opened, original packaging and no wear on it.”

“Even though I didn't end up keeping the appointment, I still rate the Manawa branch bc of the girl who helped me out on the phone. It was late, almost 6:30 or so when I contacted them for a tire and mount. The girl I spoke to told me that the only reason she couldn't help us that evening was because there was only one tech working, so he was overloaded, and offered to schedule an appointment for the next day, looked up the exact tire, gave 3 different brands & prices, and made sure it was in the store. Thorough, super down to earth, and very pleasant during the very helpful call. Refreshing customer service. Damned if I can remember her name or I'dve mentioned it. Sorry!”
