“My car had been backed into, I took my car to Toms the next day and got a estimate and then booked my appointment for November 10th, my car was in the shop for 5 days. Toms team was professional, kind, courteous, and timely. They answered any questions I had. I also have 3 dogs so when I handed my car over it was pretty covered in hair, not only did I get it back looking like new on the outside, they also detailed the inside and washed it for me. I would recommend them to anyone who needs body work done, you are definitely in good hands!”

“Great friendly people. Last night I was driving home to California from a cross country road trip with my mom when I ran over an object in the middle of the highway. Something was dragging so I pulled over when safe and saw an underbody shield was dragging.Luckily I was already close to my hotel for the night in Council Bluffs. Everything was closed for the night so I had to wait until morning to start making calls. The closest shop was this Auto Body Concepts. The secretary was super friendly on the phone and said they could get me in right away to get an estimate. Luckily it was easy for them to just pull off the damaged panel and put it in my truck space so I can look into getting it fixed once I get home. I was able to get back on the road with hardly any delay. Thanks!”

“Didn't even say hi welcome to AutoZone didn't even acknowledge me walking in the door.They were too busy chatting about hunting don't know if I'll be back or not I had to walk up to the counter to get help not very impressed with AutoZone I work for an auto parts store and never once did I ever ignore the customer walking in or checking on other customers to see if they needed any help not once did none of the employees do this it's pretty disturbing. I bet the manager would like to know that's how external theft goes on it's from the employees not doing their job”
