“Boost mobile has suspended my account permanently for using my unlimited data for too long. Apparently unlimited is a subjective word now. However the people in the store did all they could to help me, avoid anything boost mobile out outside of the physical location.”

“Was there yesterday great customer service like Alexis was good she was able to bounce back and forth between customers and trying to do her best to help us out. I did not like the manager and how he was talking to Alexis because he was not helping her he was demanding her and I did not like that. I think the manager needs to recheck himself and actually be a manager and help not just try to make her help it when she clearly says that she's lost and she needs help. Besides that great service I really enjoyed the environment we were all having fun and talking and trying to get everything figured out and yeah but that's all.”
