We were having issues with a new phone that was purchased in North Carolina. Samsung said it was the motherboard, turned out It was an easy fix! All we needed was Mario at this location. I highly recommend the store!!! Top notch customer service that is hard to come by these days.

The staff at the Manawa location is amazing! So helpful and they were able to get us taken care of quickly. Unlike the verizon store staff which is a train wreck.
