“Went with friends who shared their amazing experiences with the owner and the business. I don't believe business is the correct term because there were stacks of clothing bins full of shoes etc that were donated and people in need could take. I wasn't able to stay long but will return! I'm told there is candy for sale for next to nothing and owner established this as a safe place for children to come instead of roaming streets or other negative alternatives. The owner also served hot meals on certain days, music instruments, furniture, I can't say for certain that those items have a price tag but can imagine this wonderful human is only out to spread love.”
“I went to Quick Star and purchased a Raspberry donut. It was pretty good. It had a moist flavor, and a crunchy exterior as well as the perfect amount of glaze. The raspberry donut tastes just like raspberry filling you’d find in a filled donut. If you want a delicious breakfast or tasty treat, I would highly recommend this.”

“Love this guy the cashier clerk is awesome he's very friendly he makes you laugh he'll just get you in a good mood if you was in a bad mood but they do sell the cheapest gas in town are in the quad cities that I know of go check them out they're right on Harrison Street and Rock Island and they are a bank in the fire departments right across the street from right down from Kimberly on Harrison you just take care of him as soon as you come around the corner of the car dealers you will run right into it and you'll be glad you read this and went because it's very very cheap gas compared everywhere else”

“I've come to the davenport area for work for about a month and came across this gem of a convenience store, Sam's Food. It has everything you could need for a neighborhood convenience store from actual hot food (fish, chicken, pizza puffs, fries/wedges, hot wings, cheeseburgers, gyros, Italian beef, philly cheese steaks and more!), to chips and candy to sodas and juices, to coffee and pastries, you name it. There's a huge selection of everything including frozen food.
I don't smoke or drink, but they've got a huge selection of those categories as well.
The place is kept clean even during the salty snow days.
The family running the store are so sweet and pleasant to interact with.
It was such a convenience to me to learn that they own the laundry mat next door as well. I've washed a few times in there and while the washing and drying was quick, the clothes came out very clean. Thanks, y'all!”

Uhm, okay. SHOUT OUT TO JENNIFER! She keeps the bathrooms at Loves so beautifully clean, I had to leave a review. Give her a paid day off, please! She works harder than yall give her credit for. Absolutely sweet and polite.
Upon entering, the cashier greeted me, with a smile (mind you it was 4am),while stocking fresh food, and helping customers. I didnt get his name, but check your records for June 27 at 4am. Major kudos to them both. I totally understand working hard and never receiving credit. Please make sure this reaches them.”

“It was a great experience at this BP gas station I felt like I was in the most luxurious gas station I've ever been in my life there was a concierge door they even offered to wash my feet I couldn't believe it I'm just kidding it's a decent gas station great for getting gas and overpriced snacks just like any other gas station but it's not dirty and nasty so give it a shot LOL much love from your favorite guide Adam”
“I absolutely love this place. I've been stopping in here for years now and I've never had one complaint. The prices are always great, they make good food with good prices, and the people who work there are all awesome. Seriously, they're friendly and have great personalities, my kid and myself almost always leave there with a smile because of the great customer service and the friendly interaction.”
“I was recently visiting the adjacent Q C Mart to this BP station to acquire some drinks and a snack. I noticed the BP station and was able to observe people purchasing gas and leaving over my visit.The pumps appear to be well kept up - only one was out of service when I stopped by. Nobody that was pumping gas appeared to be having difficulty or required assistance from the people inside the Q C Mart. Honestly, the condition of this station mirrors the relative cleanliness and orderliness of the other BP stations adjacent to other Q C Marts in the Quad Cities area.If I needed gas in the future, I would be okay with stopping by this location. I enjoy the quality product and service offered by both BP and the Q C Marts close to them. Thanks, BP.”

“I stopped by the nearby Big 10 Mart that runs this bp pumping station for a snack and a beverage and noted this station during my visit. I didn't actually get gas during the visit (I did not need any), but all the same, got to see it during my time in and around the Big 10 Mart. There are eight pumps total at this bp. At the time of my visit, all appeared to be in good working condition. I saw several people stop to get gas while I was around the area, none of which appeared to be having any difficulty operating the pump. Upon closer inspection of the pump, it appears that the payment screens appear to be slightly outdated compared to other bp stations in the area. This isn't a huge criticism, as they appeared to be working fine, both other bp stations, particularly those run by Q C Mart, appear to have the newer payment and selection systems with the blue backlit screens that are shared by other newer businesses, such as Kwik Star and CostCo Gas. At any rate, if I needed gas in this part of west Davenport in the future, I'd be okay with stopping here. The place is clean and in good working order. Thanks again, bp.”
“Great place to grab some brews or bottles for the night and some moderstly priced smokes. However the food selection isn't the greatest even though they do carry fresh fruit. I also wouldn't recommend hanging out too long or walking here after dark as some the customers can tend to be a little "sketchy "”

“My favorite one stop shop store! The owners are beautiful people with kind hearts.
They happen to carry a gummy called Snoozy. If you have trouble sleeping, this is a natural way to do it! Go buy everything from them and tell them Archer sent cha! Snoozys come in a small pack and a large. I go big or I go home. P.S. The music that plays inside will make you stomp, even at 7am.”
