“I went in about two weeks ago. I wasn’t planning to buy anything but I wanted to take a closer look at a car. The person there that helped me was Alena. She was very polite and worked with me to purchase the car I ended really liking. She gave me advice and sat down with me and explained all the numbers and it was quick with no hassle. I often feel like I am often being haggled when in a car shop so her personality was such a relief. She definitely deserves more recognition. Thanks Alena!”

“Speechless..... Getting to use Doctor Detail of Des Moines was a unexpected but pleasant surprise. I have been dealing with leaking in my Jeep for some time, that resulted in mold. In a panic, I stopped in to get a quote and let them know my situation with the mold, Without a bat of an eye, they assured me they were able to address and resolve my fear!! In as little as one business day, my Jeep looks better than the day I purchased it! Thanks DD team!!”

“Ashley and the team at Auto Artists do excellent work. We’ve trusted them for years with everything from door dings and hail damage to a recent deer hit that required a new bumper. (They even found a great deal on a factory Toyota bumper.) Every repair has been flawless—our cars always come back looking factory fresh. I’d rather not need their services so often, but when the next ding happens, they’ll be my first call. Highly recommended!”

“Got my SUV detailed and waxed. It was embarrassingly dirty. When I got it back, it looked as good as it did when I first drove it off the car lot. The gentleman behind the counter was kind and professional, and the workers did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. I will certainly be back and give them my highest recommendation. I wish they had a tip line on the credit card receipt. Guess I will have to be sure to have cash on hand next time.”

“This is consistently the best Mister Car wash to go to. I travel to the Southside just for the amazing Custer service from the GM and all the staff and also they are consistently open when their hours state. Also, working the night shift driving, getting to the location at 6:48pm, they leave the vacuums on and I appreciate that. There are many locations that turn them off before close and I pay too much for them not to be on. Thanks Southside location for your continued excellence!!”
