About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental at the Des Moines Airport provides a quick, easy, and efficient pick up and return process. Staff are described as very friendly, professional, and efficient, offering perfect customer service and going above and beyond to help customers. The experience is often fast, with no problems or hold ups, and negotiated prices are honored. While most vehicles are clean and meet expectations, there are occasional reports of vehicles that are not properly maintained, with issues like a wobbling steering wheel or loud tires. Despite past negative experiences for some, the professionalism of the Des Moines team earns strong recommendations and makes Budget a preferred agency for many customers.

People were great when picking up the car. When I returned the car it was early in the morning before they opened and I have not gotten my final invoice yet... must be an error.

Brandy G and Jalena both were exceptionally helpful when I had problems with my rental. They helped get me a new rental and were amazing!
