I’ve been to many different CrossFit gyms throughout the country and it’s rare to find one where people with little exercise experience can feel comfortable coming every day. At 8035 they absolutely foster this environment. It’s great to see people feel comfortable improving their health every day at 8035.

I’ve been a member for over two years now and CrossFit 8035 has changed my life. I was extremely intimidated when I first started and the coaches/members made sure I was comfortable while also helping me modify as needed. I’m in it for life now. Love this place. Shout out to the 11:30am class for being the most fun!

No better place for CrossFit and strength & conditioning in Downtown Des Moines. Excellent coaching, fun atmosphere, and huge facility.
