Hy-Vee Pharmacy in Des Moines is here for all healthcare needs including prescriptions, refills, flu shots, vaccine immunizations, and pet medications. The unbelievable staff, including pharmacists and technicians, are dedicated, fast, kind, and super sweet. They work hard to make sure all needs are fulfilled, helping with prescriptions and insurance. The customer service is amazing, with staff oozing helpful smiles. The entire store operates smoothly with clean aisles. It provides over the counter medicine, generic drugs, and toiletries. Many customers switched to this location specifically because of the excellent staff and service, highly recommending it for its efficiency and care.
I switched over for my adhd prescription here from another pharmacy that took 3 weeks because my meds were “out of stock” but hyvee had mine filled 4 hours after switching it over. The pharmacists were super sweet too, helped me get my insurance switched over, super kind.
