“Dr Chris Knobel treats you like family. He gives you a free puppy exam when you first come there. When you lose a pet he sends a bereavement gift. He asks about your family when he sees you. He really cares about his clients. I have been going there since I was 19 and I am 54 now. I have known most of the staff a long time.”

“Staff is friendly, the building is clean. They are incredibly busy and it can get loud when there are multiple dogs in the waiting lobby barking at the other dogs and causing a scene while their owners yap.
Dont expect the phone to be answered, instead leave a voicemail with your name and number and they will text you back. A pain in the rear as it takes three times as long to convey information, but sometimes its nice having texts as a visual reference.
My first initial visit was great, couldnt have been happier. The second visit when I came to pickup my pet after their procedure, I felt rushed out the door like I was on a time limit despite having questions that largely went unanswered. They see a high volume of clients a day, so while I understand, it didnt feel good to be handled like that.”

“Dr Greenfield, assistant Megan and the other staff were all very professional in their interactions. Dr Greenfield took time to explain tests, cost options, treatment and cost options clearly. Great care for and clearly expert at vet medicine. Assistant Megan was similarly good at the initial intake information and details gathering. What I appreciated most is They listened and understood the symptoms about the issue my pet was experiencing, and quickly and correctly treated the problem. This was at midnight so we were happy to have their 24/7 service available. They have an xray machine and ultrasound and other key instruments and nicely clean facilities which reflect their quality standards. Huge thanks for saving our dog.”
